Lost or Stolen Debit Card
To Report a Lost / Stolen / Compromised Card:
Call First Bank of Manhattan at 815-478-4611 during regular business hours or call our Debit MasterCard MasterMoney Debit Card Service Line anytime at 888-297-3416 and Choose Option 2. This will immediately and permanently shut down your card.
If you misplace your debit card, you can sign on to your 1st Bank of Manhattan App to temporarily turn it off and turn it back on when you find it. While your card is turned off, most types of new card transactions will not be processed, however, transactions such as previously authorized recurring payments, credits, refunds, and reversals may be approved. (This feature is also available in the MyCardRulesTM App.)
